Elysium Complex has designed a precision agriculture facility which is currently being developed in the Balkans to support both food production and research and development
The Elysium complex has been designed to focus on food production in an ‘open-air’ environment using precision agricultural technologies – while maintaining a gastronomic quality. The facility also hosts greenhouse facilities and research and development.
Elysium's food production at the complex in an 'open-air' farming context currently includes wheat, hazelnuts, truffles, apples, grapes, strawberries and blueberries. We are currently expanding our production capabilities to other agri-foods.
The Elysium Group comprises a number of differing companies and practices - each aimed at increasing global food security for the regions of the Near East and Europe through the application of precision agriculture and gastronomy.
